      Issue Summary

      Currently, if there is no start date assigned to an issue, which means issues will not be included in the sprint on the plan timeline. However, it would be beneficial to provide end users with the option to enable or disable the inclusion of open-ended issues in the sprint on the plan timeline, according to their preferences.
