Unable to see all the projects on the screen in the Jira Advance Roadmap Plan

      Issue Summary

      There is a discrepancy on the screen of Jira Advanced Roadmap Plan timeline where we are unable to see all the projects on the screen when the project count is large.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to your site
      2. Create a Plan with many projects
      3. Scroll through the Plan and the information will not be loaded completely.

      Expected Results

      Irrespective of the project count the data should be loaded

      Actual Results

      Not complete data is loaded in the Plan

      Workaround

      For Mac users there is a workaround-

      If we change the macOs system appearance setting to always show a scroll bar, and then refresh the plan page, then can scroll down to the end of the plan.
       

      If you use other system like windows, User can google how to always show scrollbar.
