Board Configuration screen won't display modules in the jira.agile.board.configuration location

      Issue Summary

      The Jira Board configuration screen won't display any web panels in the jira.agile.board.configuration location.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an app that implements a web panel
      1. Set the web panel location to jira.agile.board.configuration
      1. Create a Company Manage Software project
      1. Navigate to the Board, and the Board Settings page.

      Expected Results

      The web panel is displayed in the Board Settings page

      Actual Results

      The web panel is not displayed in the Board Settings page

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
