Index the applications in the dot-menu

      Currently, the dot-menu (quick actions) in Jira Cloud provides a convenient way to access various actions and tools. However, integrating apps into this menu could further enhance its utility.

      To implement this feature effectively, I suggest allowing users to customize their dot-menu settings, enabling them to select which apps appear in the menu. This could be managed through a simple settings interface, where users can easily add or remove apps from their quick actions list.
