Need functionality to send issue email notifications to external users

      Problem : Need functionality to send issue email notifications to external users. Currently Jira cloud does not allow to add external user for such notification in notification schemes.

      Suggested Solution: Implement a functionality to send issue notification to external users. 

      Workaround

      Currently no workaround. 3rd party add-on can be used from our Marketplace Portal.
