Issue Summary
You can start mentioning users by typing at (@) in a field such as Description .
Currently that's not working when you click to edit the description of a ticket in the Timeline view.

Steps to Reproduce
- Click on the Summary of an issue in the Timeline view
- Click to edit the Description in the pop-up and try to mention a user
Expected Results
You will see results after typing at (@) and be able to select a user.
Actual Results
No results are displayed.
Workaround
If you need to mention a user access a different view such as the issue view.
