      Issue Summary

      Unable to assign an issue or browse a user field in a roadmap, when the issue screen has an additional tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any of the issues in the roadmap.
      2. On the right-hand side, when trying to assign the issue, it does not respond.

      Expected Results

      Should be able to see the list of users and assign issues

      Actual Results

      The list does not populate.

      ...

      Workaround

      Either put the user field in the primary tab.

      OR

      Open the issue in a new tab and assign the issue.
