Issue Summary

Atlassian Jenkins integration does not respect Jenkins proxy configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect a Jenkins server to Jira using Jenkins for Jira app
Configure Jenkins to use a simple HTTP proxy (e.g. this one)
Run a build with issue keys either in commit or in branch name

Expected Results

Jenkins should be sending data to Jira via HTTP proxy

Actual Results

The request will not reach HTTP proxy

Workaround

There's no known workaround so far.
