Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Hi,
it would be amazing if, through the "Browse Projects" permission, you can hide either the project from the project list in Projects > View all projects.
Unfortunately, at the moment, even if you don't have the "Browse Projects" right you can see the entire list of projects (ok if they try to enter inside the board they will see an empty board, no issues, but it's an information that we don't like to share with everyone).
Thanks!

Workaround
company-managed
To see a project in the Projects > View all projects list, a user must have the "Browse Projects" project permission or be a site admin.
To see a project in the Create issue modal (i.e. the popup that appears when you click the green Create button) Project dropdown, you need to have the "Create issue" project permission.
team-managed
It's not possible to hide a team-managed project from the Projects > View all projects list.
To see a team-managed project in the Create issue modal you need a role with the Create issue permission:

Workaround Following the instructions in [Hide a project|https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/hide-a-project/] will hide certain projects from the *View all projects* view, but it requires one to use an empty permission scheme which I know won't be suitable for everyone (hence this being a workaround rather than a fix). |
