[JRACLOUD-92605] An issue screen / modal is reopened after creating a child issue and closing the screen

An issue screen is reopened after creating a child issue and closing the screen on a board in a company managed project.

Create a company managed project
Create an epic in the project
Open the epic on the board and create a child issue by clicking on the [Add a child issue] button
- This issue only occurs when a create issue screen appears during this step because of required fields
Close the issue screen by clicking on the [×] button on the upper right of the screen

The issue screen remains closed.

The issue screen is reopened.

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
