Issue Summary

Unable to view project components when selecting the project component for a project. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create issue 
2. Select project components with none being visible

The cause is believed to be from the application property for the project on the project component has been deleted. 

Expected Results

Project components should be visible

Actual Results

No project components are visible, leaving an empty drop down. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
