Issue Summary
Since January 24th, the subscriptions for Jira filters are not being sent for a few customers, even though the subscription page mentions they were sent.
This affects both scheduled and manual runs.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a filter subscription
- Attempt to manually send the subscription
Expected Results
You should receive an email with the filter results
Actual Results
The email isn't sent
Workaround
- Go to the filters section in the navigation bar to view the corresponding issues associated with the filter
- If necessary, it is also possible to export the filter results as mentioned here
