Issue Summary

      Since January 24th, the subscriptions for Jira filters are not being sent for a few customers, even though the subscription page mentions they were sent.

      This affects both scheduled and manual runs.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a filter subscription
      2. Attempt to manually send the subscription

      Expected Results

      You should receive an email with the filter results

      Actual Results

      The email isn't sent

      Workaround

      1. Go to the filters section in the navigation bar to view the corresponding issues associated with the filter
      2. If necessary, it is also possible to export the filter results as mentioned here
