      Issue Summary

      Add support for pasting from Windows OS with Ctrl + Shift + V (plain text paste) into the Description field in Wiki style format.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create in text editor string like  
        **Text** 
      1. Copy the text on keyboard (ctrl+C)
      2. Paste as plain text Ctrl + Shift + V.

      Expected Results

      Text to be translated in Wiki style as bolded text.

      Actual Results

      Text gets pasted with asterisks around and doesn't get bolded.

      **Text** 

      Shift + Command + V on MacOS translates the text to bolded.

      Workaround

      Use Ctrl + V.
