No indicator when renaming permission scheme

      Hello,

      Problem:

      When we try to edit a permission scheme's name, there is no indicator that the name is updateable in the UI.

      Why This Is Important:

      When we try to edit the permission scheme's name, we get confused, cause it looks like are not allowed to edit the field:

      How to improve it:

      Would be great to have some box around the name, indicating a field that can be updated.
