As a JIRA administrator, I would like to be able to specify who is allowed to delete sprints

      At the moment, deleting a sprint is based on the "Manage Sprint" permission.
      Since this is a deletion process, it would be nice to have a separate permission for this action.

            Please consider making "Delete" a separate permission.  As a regulated industry (Insurance), we need to keep close control over what is deleted from our site, while still allowing our Scrum Masters the ability to do their work.  Deleting a sprint is a very serious decision that people shouldn't be able to do, "by accident".
