Issue Summary

Using the keyboard's arrow keys is not working for scrolling down the list of issues, neither in the active sprint view nor in the backlog.

Steps to Reproduce

Access a Scrum board's Active sprint view or backlog;
Try to scroll down the list of issues using the arrow keys.

Expected Results

The page should scroll down or up.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when using the arrow keys.

Workaround

Use your mice's scroll button (middle), touchpad, or manually drag the scroll bar in your browser.
