This functionality is available in Jira Server

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Active Sprint board
Select an issue
keyboard short cut i to Assing to me

Expected Results

To assign the issue to me

Actual Results

The keyboard shortcut does not do anything

Workaround

To edit the issue and then use the keyboard shortcut
