To fetch all the Github branches when creating a branch.

      Currently, when creating a branch via Jira issue, we only see 100 branches(at max) in the dropdown. Even if we type some part of the branch name it does not show up.

      Though if we type in the correct name manually, it does work. 

      This requires the respective user to goto Github and be sure of the name that is being typed in. 

      It would be helpful to list all the branches when provided with the respective repo's name.
