Issue hierarchy and parent field should not be editable in Standard plans

      Currently, the issue hierarchy can be configured with a premium plan.

      For standard subscription users, it is confusing considering the hierarchy and parent field can be edited. This gives an impression to standard users that this functionality can be used in some capacity.

      Suggestion to lock the hierarchy and Parent fields for standard users with a clear message that the functionality is available only with a premium subscription.
