Custom vertical scrolling prevents client-side print / export

NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Portfolio Cloud. Using JIRA Portfolio Server? See the corresponding bug report.

JPO currently uses some kind of client-side scrollbar, rather than a standard scrollable page.

As a result, any attempt to capture the page (print, print-to-pdf, browser add-on to screencap full page) gives only the information above the fold.
Lacking the ability to export the backlog into any alternative usable format (eg. PDF, CSV, Excel, Word), at least let us export what we see using client (browser) tools.

            Hi zrajabali,

Glad to hear the CSV export feature suits your needs. As suggested I will leave this ticket open and investigate the problem on Windows browsers.

            Best regards,

Chrome and FF on Windows 7.
The CSV export totally satisfies my needs, but it may be worth leaving the issue open for verification on Windows browsers.

            Hi zrajabali,

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I've just given this a quick test with the print/export to PDF functionality in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox running on OS X. On these platforms, the entire backlog was visible in the output, regardless of the scroll position I had set in the browser. Could you tell us which browser and operating system you're using? That should help me reproduce the problem.

In addition, Portfolio does have CSV export functionality, which may or may not suit your needs. See the screenshot below for how to activate the CSV export:
