Issue Summary
After a successful Cloud-to-Cloud migration (Copy Product Data), some comments may not be shown under the "Comments" tab, but are shown under the "All" tab in the issue view.
The newer comments may be retrieved later than older ones upon loading the issue view, making them not show until the "View older comments" button is pressed.
This is reproducible on Data Center: NO
Steps to Reproduce
- Add an issue in the source cloud instance and several comments to it;
- Perform a C2C migration (Copy Product Data) to the destination instance;
- Check the comments on the destination instance.
Expected Results
The newer comments are shown under the "Comments" tab.
Actual Results
Some newer comments MAY not show under the "Comments" tab. If so, they can still be seen in the "All" tab.
This behavior is not deterministic. It depends on the order the comments are added to the destination database, which may not be the same as, for example, the ordered created date.
Workaround
Scroll to the bottom of the comments and click "View [X] older comments", which forces all comments to be retrieved and the page will sort them correctly.
