Ability to disable the "+ Add" button

      Problem

      It is not possible to disable the "+ Add" button on the Jira issue view and bring back all buttons in line.

      Suggested resolution

      Have the option to disable the "+ Add" button and revert back to the old view.

            After comparing this issue against another known report JRACLOUD-85131 we realized that both are addressing the same scenario. Since we consider JRACLOUD-85131 the main point of entry for this scenario, we will be closing this request now and will ask you to cast your votes in the original request so we can measure the impact and interest more accurately.
