      Currently, we lack the ability to duplicate tickets and their associated comments directly from one site to another. For example, if a customer on Site A needs to create a ticket on Site B, and we want to replicate the Jira comments from Site A to the new Site B ticket, this is not currently possible using standard Jira functionality.

      One potential workaround, though not ideal, is to replicate the Site A Jira comments on the Site B ticket via email. However, this method isn't a seamless integration and has limitations.
