Custom URL not present in email notifications

      Email notifications in our Jira instance where the links still use the Atlassian base URL instead of custom URLs

      Will be nice to be able to update the email notification with the custome URL instead of the base URL

      To avoid confusion form users on the email notification with Base URL:
