      Problem Definition

      The IP ranges used for outbound email in Jira Cloud is published on IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products but is not part of the atlassian-public-ip-changes SNS topic.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the outbound email IP ranges to the atlassian-public-ip-changes SNS topic or create a new SNS topic specifically for outbound email IP ranges.

      Workaround

      Monitor the page IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products for changes to IP ranges used for outbound email notifications from Jira Cloud.
