New CSV importer does not import Original Estimate values it sets them to zero

      Issue Summary

      The new CSV importer does not import Original Estimate values it sets them to zero although they are mapped.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use the new CSV importer
      2. Make sure the Original Estimate field is mapped
      3. Import

      Expected Results

      Original Estimate field to be imported

      Actual Results

      Original Estimate field is set to 0

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            The original time estimate has minimum unit as minutes. If the data in the column mapped as original estimate is less than 60s then the value for original estimate is 0.
