Improve Email Notifications for HIPAA Compliant Instance by Including Issue Summary in Email Subject Line and Body of Email

      We know that it is important to keep email notifications limited due to HIPAA compliance however it would be extremely helpful if the Issue Summary was included in the Subject Line of Email Notifications and in the Body. The current Email Notifications for HIPAA compliant instances are really not helpful or informative. Please consider implementing this feature request. I don't see it on roadmap or in tickets being voted on. If this feature request is pushed through, please let us know as we have several individuals that would like to vote on this.
