Currently, there is no way to configure transition screens in workflow in team-managed projects.
It would be nice if we could display a transition screen in team-manage projects as well as we can in company-managed projects.

+1 yes, it is a requirement for us too. please add this functionality.
Please! Specifically I'd like the ability to require the Time tracking field but ideally any/all fields could be required during transitions.
It should be a top priority tool, I am sure a lot of teams struggle with their developers logging in on time their worklogs. It would be nice if you could make a priority the development of the transition blockers and make Jira even more competitive and unbeatable.
