Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: N/A
Steps to Reproduce
- When trying to Import issues using a CSV file via a Jira/JSM Project > Create Issues > Import issues option, the 'Jira Field' dropdown displays only limited fields for mapping
Expected Results
- Fields should be available for mapping as per the Project configurations
Actual Results
- Only a few system fields are available for mapping
Workaround
- Try to import by navigating to System > Import and Export > External System Import
