      Issue Summary

      Editing Issue Type Description or Avatar results in error "An issue type with this name already exists".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to https://x.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/issue-types
      2. Edit the Description or Avatar of an existing Issue Type and try to save change.

      Expected Results

      Change is saved successfully.

      Actual Results

      Change is not saved and error is rendered: "An issue type with this name already exists"

      Workaround

      Make the desired changes to Description or Avatar and then make a slight modification to the Issue Type name. Such as changing from "Task" to "Task1" and then save changes. Then after that is saved, edit the Issue Type once more and then change "Task1" back to "Task" and save.
