Issue Summary

There is a link to documentation within Jira Cloud on the System Webhooks page
      https://[yourcloudsite].atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/webhooks

Clicking this link though does not take you to the correct documentation currently. Instead it redirects you to https://confluence.atlassian.com/alldoc/atlassian-documentation-32243719.html

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As a Site-admin, go to Settings > System > Webhooks
      2. In the top right corner of the page there is a help ? icon you can click should you want to learn more about this feature, click it

      Expected Results

Not sure the correct link, but I think it should probably end up redirecting to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-webhooks/

      Actual Results

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

[JRACLOUD-82371] deadlink to documention on the system webhooks page
