CSV import documentation link in External system importer is a dead link

      Issue Summary

      There is a deadlink to documentation within Jira Cloud product.  This link works if your account in Identity is an Atlassian.com email address.   However for all other users, the link is redirecting to a landing page for documentation or redirecting to a login prompt.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Cog Icon > System > External System Import
      2. Select option for CSV
      3. Click link in

        You are about to start the CSV import. To learn more about it, please see our CSV importer documentation

      Expected Results

      Expect to be taken to documentation on using CSV importer

      Actual Results

      Currently directs users to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AdminJIRACloud/Importing+Data+from+CSV which is a deadlink and redirects to https://confluence.atlassian.com/alldoc/atlassian-documentation-32243719.html

      I believe it should be linking to a document such as https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
