Intermittent timeout when validating file via CSV import

      Problem

      The CSV import might timeout intermittently at the Validation step.

      The re-try of the import process will work fine.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the non-admin CSV import feature and select "Import issues" (from the global search page or create issue screen)
      2. Import the CSV file and navigate to the Validation page
      3. Click on "Validate"

      Expected Results

      The validation steps for the CSV should be complete and UI should render the below confirmation

      Actual Results

      The Validation steps of the CSV import are timing out intermittently.

      Workaround

      1. Re-try the import again if the validation step is not completed within 10-15 mins
      2. Or, try to run the Import directly

            I am also currently having many issues with the CSV import. We require the tool to work flawlessly for our customer cloud migrations. Could you please fix it?
