Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Global context for a field restricting it to a particular issue type say Bug
- Add another context for the same field - restrict it to the project and another issue type say Task
- Try to add the field to the Issue Layout for Task in the project for which the context has been added
Expected Results
The field should be able to be added since there is a project context associated
Actual Results
The field is unavailable on the Issue Layout page.
Workaround
As a workaround, the issue type can be added to the global context
