Issue field type names don't display translations

      The field type names in Jira for custom fields are currently not displaying translations

      Steps to reproduce:

      Scenario one
      1- Change account language and indexing language to a locale other than English
      2- Create project
      3- Go to Settings> Issues > Fields > Custom Fields
      In the type column, you can see that all field types are in English. 

       

      Scenario two

      1- Change account language and indexing language to a locale other than English
      2- Create project
      3- Go to Settings> Issues > Fields > Custom Fields

      4- Click on "Create Custom field"

      5- Click on "All" to view both General and Advanced field types. All Advanced field types are displayed in English.
