Issue Summary

City of Toronto raised this issue.

UI - Unable to log out of Jira on browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to login page id.atlassian.com - enter email address
2. Select a certificate
3. Goes to cotauth.toronto.ca - enter username and password
4. Goes to toronto.atlassian.net
5. Choose to remain on mobile site instead of going to dedicated app
6. Displays “assigned to me”
7. Select Logout
8. Page switches to id.atlassian.com and shows a loading screen
9. Page returns to toronto.atlassian.net “assigned to me”

Actual Results

On iOS & android, the user is unable to logout from Jira.

Device: Samsung Galaxy, iPhone

Browser: Chrome & Samsung Internet

Expected Results

User should be able to log out of Jira on mobile browser.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
