Support expansion in Get screens REST API

Scenario

Getting screen tab IDs for each screen requires two calls

1. Call Get screens REST API
2. Iterate over each screen and call Get all screen tabs REST API

The number of API calls will increase as the number of screens increases.

Proposed solution

In order to minimize the API calls (which could be beneficial to both the consumer and provider), enhance Get screens REST API to include an expand parameter that will allow the expansion of the associated screen tabs
