Issue Summary

When using Italian as your Jira language, in Personal settings the bold text for
You're the assignee for the issue that is showing the code <strong> instead

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to account preference change your language to Italian
2. Go to Jira > Personal Settings (Impostazioni personal)
3. Text is showing as :Sei l<strong>assegnatario</strong> del ticket

Expected Results

The assegnatario should be in bold.
