Description
Problem
Currently, when an Issue is created through the Issue Collector, the service that called the creation does not receive a confirmation that the issue was properly created/saved.
Suggested Resolution
It would be great if once the issue is raised through the Issue Collector, the Customer Service that called the action of creating the issue receives a code in return, confirming that the issue was raised.
Workaround
As a possible workaround, we can work with an email notification, and that would rely on having a specific Issue Type for the issues created via Issue Collector.
With a specific issue type, we can create an Automation, that would send an email message to a group/specific users reporting that the issue was successfully created.
