Issue Summary

Jira Site import does not change all base url changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a server instance add links between jira issues.
2. Add a link to another issue using the link functionality
3. Add a link to another issue comments or description
4. Create a backup on Server
5. Import backup to Cloud.
6. Site import will detect the correct number of links referencing the base url in the processing stage.
7. Choose the base url of your server instance

Expected Results

• All links are updated to the new cloud base url

Actual Results

• Only links in the issue links section are updated
• Links in the comments and description section are not updated.

Workaround

Contact atlassian support to find a way to detect and fix these links.
