Subtask field in Get Issue REST API does not return the Issue Link ID

Issue Summary

Based on the documentation, Get issue REST API returns the issue link ID but the current behavior does not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Call Get issue API and pass the issue key of an issue with a sub-task

Expected Results

The sub-tasks field should have the issue link ID

Actual Results

The sub-tasks field is now subtasks and the issue link ID is no longer present as well as type.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
