User Story

As an Automation rule creator, I need the ability to use a smart value for the "project" field within the 'Create Issue' action because there are situations where I need this to be dynamically set based on issue data.

Context

I realize this is already possible using "additional fields" option, but it would be really nice not to need to JSON this.
