Problem Definition

Currently, when we copy and add a portal URL link of an issue the message contains the portal URL but the preview defaults to JIRA URL.

This would lead to users who are customers clicking on JIRA URL and getting permission errors.

Suggested Solution

The preview feature should respect the URL and render accordingly. If it's a JIRA issue URL render as same but if it's a portal URL then render the portal link in the preview.
