"GET fields" endpoint does not list the field ID's of custom field in Trash.

Issue Summary

The following endpoint "GET /rest/api/3/field" does not list the field IDs of custom fields in Trash.

Hence, it is not possible to Delete/Restore the custom fields in the Trash using API's mentioned in this document

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field.
2. Move this custom field to Trash.
3. Search for this field using API endpoint "GET /rest/api/3/field"

Expected Results

The field ID in the Trash item should be available.

Actual Results

The field ID in the Trash item is not available.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
