Have third-party apps' frames persist on the new issue view

      Summary

      Currently, some apps' options are displayed on the quick-add buttons in the issue view. Some apps such as QMetry offer the option to see the related test cases and bugs, but they will only be displayed on each issue once you click on those options in the quick-add buttons on each issue individually.

      Suggestion

      Provide an option to have such date be always displayed for users when accessing issues.
