      Problem Definition

      HTML and CSV export (all fields) doesn't follow the field order that is displayed in the UI.

      Suggested Solution

      Make HTML and CSV export follow the order of fields visible in the UI, and concatenate the rest of the fields that are not visible in the UI.

      Workaround

      Configure the UI and use HTML and CSV export (current fields).
