Display the summary of the sub-task parent in the hierarchy like in the old issue view

    Description

      In the old issue view when viewing at the top of the issue you would see the parent of the issue and the summary of it, in the new issue view this is not present. The request is to have the new issue view implement the same behavior as the old issue view.
