Issue Summary

The smart link did not work properly using shift + mouse click.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a smart link into a comment.
2. Then use shift + mouse click

  Expected Results

  It should open the link into another browser window.

Actual Results

It will open the link on the same browser window.

Workaround

Set your Link preferences to display links as URL rather than Inline. When links are displayed this way, Shift + click opens the link in a new browser window.
