App dialogs cause offset glance rendering from issue dialogs

      Issue Summary

      When an app dialog is launched from a glance in the issue dialog view, the glance panel seems to become offset.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install the minimal app https://dx-glance-panel.glitch.me/connect.json (code at https://glitch.com/edit/#!/dx-glance-panel).
      2. Open the issue dialog for any issue.
      3. Click the "Open DX Glance" link.
      4. Click the "Open dialog" link.
      5. Observe the masked issue dialog.

      Expected Results

      The masked issue dialog appears as expected.

      Actual Results

      The right sidebar of the masked issue dialog appears to be offset. See the attached screen recording.

      Workaround

      None
