In respect to the Branching actions and multi project scope rules, Automation for Jira employs JQL clause – which looks like "project in 111,222,333" to iterate over the branched issues.
If one of these projects is trashed/deleted, the JQL returns an error, which is fed to Automation which then errors out the rule.
If any of the projects get archived, deleted, or trashed the rules fail for all other projects in the scope. Automation for Jira should be able to handle removed projects instead of returning an error for the rule execution.
Manual intervention is now required to remove the deleted project from the rule as well.
